Exclusive Square offers free shipping promotions when customers spend over 40 EUR / 50 USD / 35 GBP / 390 HKD. 
Only a few selected items (e.g. best sellers) are offered free shipping.

 

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

The processing time for orders generally takes 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time is as follows:

  • Within the United States, Canada and Europe (Western, Central, North and South), it usually takes 2 to 5 weeks, and
  • 2 to 7 weeks to Eastern Europe and internationally.

Exclusive Square is not responsible for any shipping delivery delays that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from international courier to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the location of one of our warehouses (e.g. United States, Europe, China, Singapore, Hong Kong).

 

Tracking information status:

Once your order has been processed and left one of our warehouses, you will receive an e-mail with an international tracking number.
Please note that it takes up to 5-7 days for the tracking number to start showing any information of the status of your package. Thank you for your patience.

If your order is shown as "Delivered" but you declare that you haven't received it, please contact immediately your local post office or your neighbour(s). In such a context, Exclusive Square does not take responsibility for any package loss, theft or disappearance of any kind.

If the customer has introduced the wrong shipping address while placing an order, Exclusive Square will not be responsible in case the local post office is unable to deliver the package to the customer due to unknown address.

As we are based in the European Union, our default currency is Euro (€ / EUR).

Customers based outside the Eurozone will automatically see their local currency until the checkout page. Once payments are successfully processed, all orders receipts will be issued in Euro (€ / EUR).
